I visited the store in St Johns Precinct, Liverpool on 07/05/2019 and was served by a wonderful young man named Adam. I had had a particularly stressful day as I had been to the Linda McCartney wing at the Royal to see my Consultant for a check as I had a mastectomy in December. I was on a bit of a downer but Adams cheerfulness and chatty banter very much lifted my spirits as he was so lovely and friendly and just generally a very nice young Chap! Thank you Adam for cheering me up and making my day a lot better than it had been...you are a star and a credit to Wilko xxx

When I got to the checkout at Stroud store there were five members of staff by the checkouts. Two seemed to be examining a till, one stared at me as she walked away from her till, a male member of staff was serving and another seemed to be hanging about. The lady in the queue behind me remarked on it. When I was eventually served by the man he chatted to the other member of staff as he served me. Considering I am helping to keep them in a job it's a pity they can't show a bit more respect. No wonder people prefer to shop on line as I will in future.

Nothing wrong with your staff, but some patrons tend to use the checkout points as drop in chat center, quite annoying when your in a bit of a hurry and you only have a single item. Any chance of a 5 items or less checkout point?
